Case study 05 · Design, marketing & high-ticket sales

From a $26K deficit to $1M+, one outdoor kitchen at a time

At Stone Farm I designed custom outdoor kitchens, sold them to high-value clients across 13 states, and built the marketing that kept the pipeline full: renders, the website, ads, trade shows and sales collateral.

The challenge

A premium product nobody could picture

The outdoor kitchen line was running at a $26K deficit. Clients were being asked to spend serious money on something they couldn't see, and the marketing wasn't bringing in enough of the right buyers.

The approach

Let them see it, then sell it

I turned every consultation into a design session: a measured plan, then a 3D render of their kitchen in their space. The same renders fed the website, ads, trade show displays and sales collateral, so marketing and sales told one story.

How a project ran

Consult to install, start to finish

I owned the client from first call to the day the kitchen went in.

  1. ConsultNeeds, space and budget with high-value clients

Every kitchen started as exact measurements, then became a render the client could walk around.

Looking back

Stone Farm taught me what it means to be a team player. When I helped launch the design team, I was young and worried about being replaced, so I held back some of what I knew. Today I do the opposite: I share everything and hope my team grows past me. Selling high-ticket projects taught me something just as lasting: knowing your audience will sell more than a great product ever will on its own.
